Exec Team and senior management stakeholder management; Project setup and management from A-Z, incl. content-, training course- and material development as well as marketing, event and process management plus overall budget responsibility
- Program initiation EMEA-wide CRM – completed the RFP-stage for a pilot a with Sales Force
- Involvement in other technology related projects to guide the project manager – Intranet (SharePoint), Forecasting and demand planning tool (SAP), E-commerce roll-out across EMEA, etc
